Killer Queen at Red Rocks Amphitheatre: Frequently Asked Questions
When is Killer Queen performing at Red Rocks Amphitheatre?
Killer Queen is scheduled to perform on July 28, 2027, at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. Check your ticket listing for the latest event and entry details, including the scheduled start time.
What kind of show is Killer Queen?
Killer Queen is a tribute act celebrating the music and theatrical style of Queen. Expect a live rock concert built around familiar Queen songs and an energetic stage presentation. Specific setlists and performance details can vary by show.
How much do Killer Queen tickets cost at Red Rocks?
Prices currently start around $45, with tickets potentially reaching $180 or more depending on the seat, availability, and demand. Ticket prices on redrockstickets.org may change as the event approaches. Review the listing details before completing your purchase.
Which seats are best for Killer Queen at Red Rocks?
Red Rocks has steep, bench-style seating between the sandstone formations Ship Rock and Creation Rock. Middle-lower and middle rows are often the best all-around choice for a clear stage view, strong sound, and the venue's distinctive scenery. Lower rows bring you closer to the performance, while higher rows offer broader views but are farther from the stage.
Are any seats less suitable for this concert?
Upper rows may be less suitable if you want a close-up view or prefer to avoid stairs; reaching them can involve a substantial climb. Fans with mobility concerns should review accessible seating options before purchasing. Wheelchair-accessible seating is located in Row 1 and Row 70, with designated limited-mobility and sensory-access seating in Rows 2 and 3, subject to availability.
What should I know about parking at Red Rocks?
For most events, parking in the official Red Rocks lots is included with the event ticket. Lots generally open two hours before doors, and venue staff direct vehicles to available spaces. Arrive early for a better chance at an upper lot and a shorter walk; lower or overflow parking can mean a longer uphill route. Wear comfortable shoes, as paths may be steep or uneven. Review Red Rocks parking and arrival information before leaving.
Where do rideshares pick up after the concert?
Post-show rideshare and taxi pickup is at the Jurassic Lot near Entrance 2, not necessarily where you were dropped off. Follow venue signs and staff directions, and plan for a walk to the pickup area. Rideshare drop-off locations can differ from pickup locations.
Are public transportation options available to Red Rocks from Morrison?
Public transit options directly to the amphitheatre are limited, and there is no regular local transit connection you should assume will serve this event. Consider arranging a designated driver, rideshare, or a concert shuttle in advance, and confirm the return plan before the show.
What is Red Rocks' bag and entry policy?
Bag rules and prohibited-item requirements can change, so check the venue's current event policies before heading to the amphitheatre. Red Rocks is an outdoor venue exposed to sun, wind, and changing weather; dress in layers and bring only items permitted under the current policy. Re-entry is generally not allowed after a ticket has been scanned, except for weather-related or medical emergencies.
How are tickets delivered, and how should I prepare for mobile entry?
Red Rocks uses AXS Mobile Delivery for admission. After purchasing through redrockstickets.org, follow the delivery instructions provided with your order and check that your tickets appear in the applicable ticketing app before arriving. Download the Red Rocks or AXS app and access your tickets before reaching the gates, where cell service may be unreliable. Rows 1?4 are non-transferable for Red Rocks events, and the original purchaser may need to enter with the full party; check the specific ticket terms before buying.
How can I feel confident buying tickets through redrockstickets.org?
Review the event date, seating or admission details, delivery information, and applicable purchase terms before checkout. redrockstickets.org provides order support and the guarantees stated in its purchase terms; consult those terms for the specific protections and delivery commitments that apply to your order. Since Red Rocks admission is mobile-only, confirm that you can access the delivered ticket before show day.
How long does a Killer Queen concert usually last, and will there be an opening act?
Performance length and opening-act details have not been provided for this event. Concerts commonly include a main set and may include an opener, but the schedule can vary. Check the event listing and any updates from the venue or promoter closer to July 28, 2027.
Is the Killer Queen concert suitable for all ages?
Red Rocks events are generally all ages, but the event's final age policy should be confirmed on the listing before purchasing. Children under two usually do not need a ticket if seated on an adult's lap and not occupying another seat; verify the event-specific rules before bringing a child.
